Combining Ballet Pilates Yoga Qi Gong

This is a mostly a matt floor excercise class I created combining Ballet Floor Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Qi Gong.

 

A series of slow and controlled excercises centered on core strength that perfectly compliment my Ballet Classes.

 

Designed to strengthen, stretch and relax your body while protecting the joints and spine.

 

Helps to improve core and whole body strength, flexibility and posture while stimulating your energy system for an invigorating yet relaxing full body workout. 

 

The next course starts on Tuesday's in September at Bristol Grammar School. It will be an 8 week course for £65.
