This is a 50 minute Mat floor exercise class combining Ballet floor barre, Pilates and Yoga exercises. Great for all over body strength focusing on the core, legs and back.
It consists of a series of slow and controlled excercises centered on core strength that perfectly compliment your ballet practice.
Designed to strengthen, stretch and revitalise your body while protecting the joints and neck and keeping your spine mobile.
Helps to improve core and whole body strength, flexibility and posture while stimulating your energy system for an invigorating yet relaxing full body workout.
